What’s better than free? Well free plus three. Plus three what you might ask? Well let me explain. This weekend I found a coupon for Aquafresh for $1 off. I happened to remember that Eckerds had an offer for $1 back on the purchase of Aquafresh. So I decided to check it out.
Eckerd’s had Aquafresh (6.4 oz) for $1.99. That was before my coupon. After the coupon that brought the price down to 99 cents. Then I just take the receipt and mail that in for my $1 rebate. Which means free toothpaste! I am sure you understand that part but what exactly is the plus three. Well on the inside of the Aquafresh box was a code and that code was good for three 99 cent downloads from Sony Connect. This of course would be a $2.98 value. So let’s review, the original cost was $1.99 and the value of the downloads were $2.98 so even before the refund and coupon I was coming ahead by 98 cents. Since I did have the coupon and the rebate I’m actually ahead $4.97.
Yesterday I also got another sample from Walmart. It was for a mouthwash called Oasis. I really like these free samples and will continue sending away for more.
