Yes, I Exercised Today :-pI remembered to wear my pedometer today so there's 1 step ahead of yesterday. (Ha! I'm punny) I also decided to forgo sitting with the usual lunch crowd and go to the Cardiac Rehab dept. and exercise during lunch: Treadmill - 15 min. , Air Bike - 5 min. So, yay! There's my exercise for the day. Babysteps, people. It's more than I've been in the habit of doing. Tonight we are supposed to get rain and possibly thunderstorms into tomorrow. Then tomorrow afternoon or evening, it's supposed to change to snow and we are supposed to end up with 4-8 inches of it depending on when it switches from rain to snow. Leo and all 3 of his kids are sick. He has bronchitis which developed from the cold Shelby gave him and the kids all have colds & are running temps. Between that and the crappy weather we're gonna get, I may just stay home and not go there this weekend. It'd be fun to go and get snowed in if they were all healthy. Getting snowed in with a bunch of sick people is a completely different matter especially when I have the option of not even going. Selfish? Safe? Both? Then again, the nurturing side (yes, I do have one) says go, take care of everybody, and make them all better. OK, if that's the major dilemma of my day, then I'm all right. Hope everybody has a good weekend, snowbound or not.
