Bad Customer Service Goes A LONG WAY
My sister and I were discussing customer service the other day, discussing the good and the bad. We agreed that it’s the good customer service that keeps us going back. We may not spread the word as much as we probably should about it but we keep going back. When we receive poor customer service we not only stop going to the place that made us feel like scum we also tell everyone we know about it. Then we began to wonder why business with poor customer service don't even care they're providing bad customer service. Don't they know the damage they're creating for themselves, don't they care or are they so self-absorbed that they think there will be no consequences to their bad service. What do you think?
