I don't know how many of you we have told but we are going to home school next year. This has become a time engaging activity for me already as I research curriculum and strategies to what we will do. I came across the bog of MamaArchers. She is giving away a Lyrical Science curriculum which I have been eyeing at ChristianBook - http://www.cbd.com (one of my favorite online retailers I might add).

Well it must be somebody's birthday somewhere right! lol. It's been a while since I've blogged about 1 1/2 months actually. What's up with that. Well admittedly I've been pretty busy these days. My first blog post

I found a very interesting contest on MomComingHome.com about her third blog anniversary, where if we tell in our blog about our first post we'd get two entries in it!!
So you can probably see my first post, on my blog, as this will only make my 14th entry, but if you can't let me surmise, my first post, summarized what my blog would be about, my hobbies, sweepstaking being one of them, knitting and reading.
so far besides sweepstaking the only thing I've blogged about is a book I've read, never have blogged about my knitting yet. Mostly because I've been stuck on one project an afghan, that I needed one more skein of particular yarn for, and which Hobby Lobby never seemed to get in!

Many of you have heard me in real life talk about the BzzAgent program, which I'm a part of. Check it out at www.bzzagent.com . Essentially it's a program that companies send products to a matched marketing group, to try. Then assuming you like it (which most things we do!!), you tell other people about it, a great way for them to get other people to try their products. Because we've all stood at the store in front of something we want to try, but are to afraid to dish the cash out for it, because How will we know if it is up to our standards of liking?

Those who know me, know I'm the queen of clean too, and am relatively picky as to what I use to clean my place.

Much like other brands of wipes, they come in a flat package that has a resealable top, so they don't dry out. But unlike other wipes, you can use them on virtually anything. You heard me ANYTHING!! I've used them in the bathroom, on my furniture, in the kitchen sink, on the tile floor. See the possibilities are endless.

They have a pleasant scent, and they are a nice size and thickness.

I've been reading a great book this past week titled "Love's Proof" written by Catherine Palmer. It takes place during the Victorian age of England, and follows a young woman through trying to prove her father's innocence on being a traitor against the king. A little fluffy at times but a good read none the less.
